Pricing & Plans
Bexra has three plans. The Presence plan (₹5,000 one-time) gives you a professional school website. The Platform plan (₹5 per student per month) gives you the complete school ERP - admin panel, teacher portal, student/parent portal, fee manager, WhatsApp communication, and daily backups. The Growth plan adds social media management on top.
No minimum. A school with 50 students pays ₹250 per month on the Platform plan. A school with 5,000 students pays ₹5,000 per month. You pay exactly for what you have.
None. The one-time fee for the Presence plan is exactly ₹5,000 - nothing else. The Platform plan is ₹5 per student per month. No setup fee, no annual lock-in, no hidden charges.
No. The Platform plan is month-to-month. You can cancel with reasonable notice and take all your school data with you in a clean export.
Yes. You can start with the Presence plan (₹5,000 one-time) to get a professional school website, and upgrade to the Platform plan any time. Your school's data and website carry over.
Getting Started
Typically 1 to 2 working days from the moment you confirm. We handle the technical setup. You provide basic information: your school name, logo, student list, teacher list, and class structure. Most schools are live inside that window.
No. Bexra is designed for non-technical users. A school admin clerk can generate invoices, a teacher can mark attendance, and a principal can view reports - without any training. We also offer onboarding support if your team needs a walkthrough.

We help you during onboarding. Typically, you'll send us a spreadsheet with student names, classes, sections, and parent contact numbers, and we'll get everything structured properly before handing over the system.

Yes. The Platform plan includes everything - the public school website, the admin panel, teacher portal, and the student/parent login portal. It is one complete system.
The WhatsApp system lets you send messages to all parents at once, to parents of a specific class, or to individually selected students. Messages are sent via WhatsApp using pre-built templates. No bulk SMS charges - it uses WhatsApp directly.
Yes. The teacher portal is fully mobile-friendly. A teacher can mark attendance for a class of 40 students in under two minutes, from any smartphone.
No. The parent/student portal works in any web browser - no app download required. Parents can view attendance, results, fee status, and school notices from any device.
Yes. Once marks are entered for all subjects, the admin can generate a printable report card for any student instantly. The report card includes all exam scores, grades, and student details.
Contact us to discuss multi-branch requirements. Our system is designed for single-campus schools, but we can discuss what's possible for school groups or multi-branch setups.
Yes. The system is flexible - it works for any examination pattern. You set up your exam types, scoring systems, and grading scales during onboarding. It works for CBSE, ICSE, state board, and custom grading.
Data & Security
Yes. All data is backed up automatically every day at 2:00 AM IST. Up to 7 backup copies are maintained. Backups can be downloaded locally for additional safekeeping. In the event of any issue, your data can be restored rapidly.
You do. Your student records, fee histories, results, and all school data belong entirely to your school. If you ever decide to leave Bexra, you receive a complete export of all your data.
No. Your school data is never shared, sold, or accessed by any third party. We do not use your data for any purpose other than running your school's system.
Support
We're reachable on WhatsApp and phone - Mon to Sat, 9 AM to 7 PM IST. When something goes wrong, you'll reach the same team that built the product. We aim to respond within a few hours.
You give us reasonable notice and we export all your school data for you. There's no cancellation fee, no locked data, no minimum notice period beyond what's reasonable.
